Are you a Central Jersey Marine or FMF Navy Corpsman looking to find that same Esprit de Corps that doesn't exist anywhere else except when you are with other Marines? Avenel Detachment #189 is one of the fastest growing detachments in the state. Our Area of Operation (AO) includes Woodbridge Township and the city of Rahway. We are currently looking for a few good members. If you are one of the Few and Proud who is seeking to serve his community while espousing the values of the United States Marine Corps, maybe YOU can be one of US. To be a Regular member you must have served honorably for at least 90 days. Your current status may be active, reserve, retired, or former active duty Marine or FMF Navy Corpsman. If you do not meet this criteria but would still like to be a member you can join as an Associate member.
