The dates of the 2010 Central Division Conference are 9-11 April 2010 (Friday-Saturday) with optional events scheduled for early arrivals on Thursday 8 April 2010. The place is the Holiday Inn - Cleveland West, 1100 Crocker Rd, Westlake Ohio 44145 phone 440-871-6000. The price of rooms is seventy nine dollars (plus tax) including breakfast, per night and the rate is available to travelers arriving as early as Wednesday, 7 April through Sunday 11 April. Pre-registration is ten dollars and fifteen dollars at the door. Hosptality Room is ten dollars in advance and fifteen dollars at the door. Banquet is twenty five dollars per person. Entre is beef, chicken or fish. Conference program book ads...Patron ads are two dollars, full page ads are seventy five dollars, half page ads are forty dollars, quarter page ads are twenty five dollars, business card size ads are fifteen dollars. The inside front and back cover is one hundred dollars and the outside back cover is one hundred fifty dollars. Conference Program book ads must be in by March 1, 2010
