Welcome to our MCL web page. Look it over then click on "Offical Website". You'll see pictures of many members of Detachment 1087 as well as pictures of some of our projects.Come visit us at a meeting on the second Tuesday of the month and meet our members. Some you may know. At one Marine Corps Birthday dinner two guys who were at P.I. together bumped into each other after forty years. They did a lot of catching up that night. We worked hard when the Traveling Vietnam Wall came. Over four thousand was raised all of it sent to the Wounded Warrior Project. Toys for the Needy is a project near and dear to us. We provided toys for over 150 children in 2011. That's a lot of happy smiles. We worked with a Company of the 3/7 when they were in Ramadi, Iraq. Then later with a MITT team of 15 Marines and 4 translaters.They worked with 3 Brigades of Iraq troops. Join us; we either have or with your help and ideas will have a project to work on.
